Terms & Conditions

We Cant wait to celebrate with you soon ! Please take your time to familiarize yourself with our T&C of partying with us. By Submitting the booking form you are agreeing to these terms.

Please make sure you have read and understood all rules outlined - BY BOOKING & PAYING OUR DEPOSIT YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. ANY FUNDS INCLUDE PAYMENT PLANS AND AFTERPAY EQUATE TO AGREEEMENT OF THESE TERMS

 

By entering our premises and booking a service you and your guests agree to act according to the rules and regulations listed on this site. By Submitting the booking form you are in agreement to the following:

 

  1. An $200 non refundable deposit at minimum must be paid to secure your date. Remainder of fee's are due 14  days prior to event. Once payment is made you are agreeing to all listed terms. Deposit is what secures your event, we will then not be in contact until 7 days prior to ensure we can prioritize clients based on how close we are to their event!
     

  2. Email & Fb messages take approx. 72 hours to respond. We are a small family owned team with one person on admin. Please respect this, we endeavor to respond as soon as possible. We do not proceed any admin Saturday-Monday
     

  3. For those on payment plans  - You must make full payment 14 days prior to your event. Any funds paid are not refundable under any circumstance other then government lockdown. If you need to cancel or postpone we will automatically credit for any funds paid more then $200 you for up to 2 years (non transferrable) for future events including school holiday activities and parties. Please understand as we order stock in advance your loss of any funds paid is taken as a cancellation fee to cover our loss.
     

  4. Bookings are final and there are no refunds. Our COVID-19 booking booking policy allows you flexible postponing options. If We enter lockdown you will automatically be able to postpone your event. If an event is unable to take place due to SPC (not government lockdowns) A refund will be given this will take 7-14 BUSINESS days excluding public holidays & events. WE DO NOT provide a refund on any funds paid under any circumstance other then government enforced lockdowns.If you need to cancel or postpone we will automatically credit for any funds paid more then $200 you for up to 2 years (non transferrable) for future events including school holiday activities and parties. Please understand as we order stock in advance your loss of deposit (or any funds up to $200) is taken as a cancellation fee to cover our loss.
     

  5. All clients must make contact 14 days prior to event to pay their remaining balance. If you have not made contact 5 days prior to event your booking slot will be given away & rebooked to our waitlist. You will forfeit deposit. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstance unless at fault of COVID19 shutdowns
     

  6. We do not provide refunds under any circumstance . This includes for parties where you have paid for add on and no longer want them on the day OR Extra children not showing up. Please understand that we pre order our supplies & caterings therefore a refund will not be possible. You are permitted to take any left over treat bags you have paid for home. If you cancel you can receive a voucher for any funds paid LESS the deposit of $200 which is taken as a cancellation fee: Example: if you have paid $899 for a party a $699 voucher will be provided. 

     

    For mobile entertainment you must confirm the event address, child's name & name & number of children. Our character must be escorted in & out of external venues that are not homes & parks. if you are having your event in an external area such as function room restaurant etc. you MUST seek permission from them. to have us come along. We are not responsible for other venue guests that are not part of your party interacting with our performer. 
     

  7. Treat each other, our staff and the venue itself with respect. It understood that all guests will act in a kind, caring and respectful manner towards each other, our staff and the venue itself. Any Damages will be invoiced at discretion of staff

  8. Pamper Parties from oct to jan will be auto upgraded to our luxe package in our grand room
     

  9. Remember our performers are people too so please listen to them.  Any harassment and abuse both physically and verbally will not be tolerated.
     

  10. You may not request specific performers
     

  11. Our parties & Entertainment follow a STRICT schedule and will not be changed by the client or any guest. Games & Activites will be decided on by your host depending on how we judge the children reactions on the day
     

  12. All party food is a set menu strictly. If there are any allergies you will be required to advise the guests parents to bring along an labelled lunch box. Menu is mixed grazing including Sandwiches, Chips, Popcorn, Mixed sweets & biscuits + Lollies. 
     

  13. Storybook Party Co is strictly a smoking and alcohol free zone. You may not smoke or vape in our venue. You may not enter under the influence of drugs, intoxicated or bring alcohol on site.
     

  14. We, like many of our guests, take photos and share pictures to social media of our guests' fun experience. By attending an event at Storybook Party Co you consent to having your or your child's photo shared. If you do not wish to have a photo shared you must contact us or let us know in writing prior to the event starting so we can keep record.
     

  15. You May be exposed to Special Effects such as laser lights, Fog, Smoke , Snow & more. An Sensory friendly kit is available for guests to use at reception.
     

  16. You may not bring an external supplier onto our site without our permission. This includes balloon deliveries. If you wish to do so you must contact us for approval first. The only external supplier we permit is Cakes However if they are dropping off you must ask us first
     

  17. We do not allow you to enter until 10 minutes prior to your start time. You must also exit the venue promptly at conclusion of your event. If you are found to be taking extra time leaving you will be charged. We have multiple parties per day therefore if you arrive late we will not allow extra time.
