Q) Are you insured ?
A) Yes ! We have over $20,000,000 ( $20 Million ) in Public Liability Insurance ! Our certificate of currency is provided to all corporate clients when booking !
Q) What are your qualifications / What experience do you have ?
A) All our performers are professional children's entertainers ! They have undergone training for each character and the role in general. All our performers also have qualifications and training in performing arts ! Some of our staff were even seen on Australia's Got Talent in 2018 & have been in professional touring musical productions ! Not only that our owner is a former cast member from the Walt Disney World Parks in Orlando , Florida.
Q) What if there isn't a package for my needs ?
A) We can make any package custom to suit your needs with custom quote ! Simply send us an email with what your looking for ! If there is a character we do not currently have we can arrange for that character to be brought in for your event for an additional surcharge ranging from $50AUD - $250 AUD depending on what character and type of costume it is !
Q) Are your prices negotiable ?
A) While we can make a custom package for you , all prices are non-negotiable ! Our pricing reflects our quality of costuming , performers time & skills , prep-time , Insurance costs , admin costs and much more all while maintaining an affordable price for our packages.
Q) What time should my character arrive ?
We recommend you have your character is scheduled to arrive approximately 30 minutes after the scheduled start time fot the event to ensure there is time for late comers to arrive !
