BY BOOKING WITH US YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. WE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING THAT IS ALREADY COVERED IN THESE TERMS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILTY TO REVIEW THESE TERMS
Storybook Party Co Terms & Conditions - Private Parties

DISCLAIMER : Upon booking your event payment is required. This is NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstance other then governments lockdowns. This applies to any and all bookings including but not limited to sickness, change of mind.  Full payment must be made at-least 7 days prior to your event. Performers are under strict time constraints & will only be in attendance for the allocated time you have booked for. Please allow a 5-15 minutes grace period for the starting time of your slot.

By paying your event fee you have legally agreed to these terms:  Storybook Party Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions for our kids' party entertainment services. If you are to provide an negative review publicly based on any of the below you may be subject to a cease & desist which may result in legal action. It is your resposiblitly to read these terms.

1. Damages and Liabilities

a. The Customer is responsible for any damages or injuries incurred during the event, including damage to the performer's costume, damage to customers items, grassed area, furnishings or children's clothing. The Customer will be held financially liable for any necessary repairs or replacements.

2. No Refunds Policy & Finalistation

a. Storybook Party Co. does not issue refunds under ANY circumstance. If you wish to reschedule your event or have a dispute with our service provided, we will provide vouchers or credits towards a future event. This is at our decision. You Must have your event finalised 7 days priro to event. If you have changed venue or start time we must be told 7 days prior for scheduling. If you change anytime after that we may not be able to proceed with your event due to time constraits.You are then elligible for a voucher towards a future evcent vaild for 3 years.

3. Activity Disclaimer

a. Please note that the activities listed are not guaranteed. We tailor our activities based on the children's reactions on the day of the event.

b. At Storybook Party Co., we believe in child-led entertainment. We will not pressure children to participate in any activity. Your payment is for the character appearance, NOT the activities.
c. Activities may change based on weather, Children reactions and the space provided. You are hiring the character apperance not the activities. 

4. Craft and Glitter Inclusions

a. Craft and glitter inclusions are subject to change based on the availability of our suppliers. We will make reasonable efforts to provide similar or suitable alternatives when necessary. If you do not have a designated area for craft, glitter or activities taht we are informed about when we arrive - we will just use the area closest. We take no responsibility for children's spillage or use of glitter, pencils, markers, pens or glue. We recommend a dining table, Picnic rug if outside or disposible tablecloth

5. Safety Regulations

a. For the safety and well-being of all participants, parents or guardians must refrain from vaping, smoking, or consuming alcoholic beverages in proximity to our performers. This policy is in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) guidelines. All pets must be secured. 

6. Payment and Booking

a. To secure a booking, you must make full payment.

b. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Storybook Party Co. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an event. We will make every effort to provide advanced notice and offer suitable alternatives.

7. Photography and Promotion

a. Storybook Party Co. reserves the right to use photographs and videos from your event for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you have any objections, please inform us in writing before the event.

8. Special Requests and Customization

a. While we strive to meet your special requests and customize our services to your event, some limitations may apply. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requests, but final decisions will be at the discretion of Storybook Party Co.

9. Performer Suitability

a. Storybook Party Co. will provide performers based on availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of specific performers, and replacements may be necessary. Please note: Our characters are trained to be in character therefore you may find a change in demeanour than your typical entertainer: EG: Batman will Stay in a deep voice, The Joker may be slightly "Scary" for young children, Princesses will change dependent on their story if they are more reserved or outgoing, The Grinch may pull faces at children & Wednesday Adams may come across stern.

10. Refusal of Service

a. Storybook Party Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a threat to the safety or well-being of our performers, other children, or guests. 

11. Miscellaneous

a. These T&C represent the entire agreement between Storybook Party Co. and our customers and supersede any previous agreements, written or oral.

b. Any modifications or changes to these T&C must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

c. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of these T&C does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

d. Storybook Party Co. reserves the right to modify or update these T&C at its discretion, with notice to customers where required by law.

By paying your deposit you have legally agreed to these terms:  Storybook Party Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions for our kids' party entertainment services.
